Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your booking, you should contact us by email or simply fill out the form: stluciabestexperiencetours@hotmail.com. Include your Tour date or Booking#

  • No refunds are available once a transfer or service has commenced or ended.
  • All transfer and tour schedules are pre-scheduled. “No shows” are non-refundable.

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.

Other post-booking policies

You may reserve the right to cancel a customer’s booking for a full refund in case of:

  • Extremely Bad weather (Tours still Operates with minimal rain)
  • Not enough travelers
