Castries Tour

 See the Castries market, Derek Walcott Square, Massav Tree and our Cathedral which is the largest church in the Caribbean, measuring 200 ft  long (61 m) by 100 ft wide (30 m)

Morne Fortune Tour

 See the Government House which is one of the most important pieces of historical architecture in St.Lucia. You will also get to see the old military baracks and GunPowder Magazine. The name Morne Fortune translates to Hill of Good Luck in French, which must’ve been a sarcastic twist as this was the site of brutal battles between French and British forces.

Marigot Bay (Optional)

 

Just under four miles south of Castries lies a place that has been called “the most beautiful in the Caribbean” by none other than  James Michener, who wrote a sweeping chronicle of the islands in 1989. Marigot Bay is a hurricane hole, sheltered in the worst of weather by the steep hillsides that surround its small, deep harbour.

Also featured in the 1967 movie Dr. Doolittle, starring Rex Harrison and a large pink snail!

 Drive through a native Banana Plantation, The largest in St. Lucia. At the plantation, you will learn about the banana plantation’s history, and also about the harvesting process.

Fishing Villages

Fishing Villages of Canaries and Anse La Raye. These two fishing villages are a must stop on St. Lucia tours.They are rich with St. Lucian culture and tradition. First stop is the fishing village of Anse La Raye. You are free to purchase any of the local craft. Home of Fish Friday, a sea food fiesta.’ Next, enjoy a scenic drive to Canaries. Second of St.Lucia’s fishing Villages. Descendants of the Caribs and Arawaks are from these two villages.

The Pitons – Gros Piton Hike

The Pitons, St. Lucia’s twin towering peaks and prime topographic feature, soar out of the sea to great heights. The Gros Piton (large piton) to the south is 798 meters high and excellent for hikes and the Petit Piton (small piton) is 750 meters

Entrance Fee ( Not Included ) : $50 USD per person inclusive of Guide( Entrance fee goes towards preservation of the Piton Hike including trail upkeep)

Sulphur Springs/Mudbaths (Optional)

Named for the sulfur once mined at this site, Mount Soufriere (also known as Sulphur Springs Park) is the most active geothermal area in the Lesser Antilles.

Entrance Fee ( Not Included ) : $15 USD per person for Volcano Tour and Mudbath. Kids half price

Diamond Botanical Gardens, Waterfall and Mineral Baths (Optional)

The Diamond Falls section of the Soufrière Estate offers three popular attractions: well-conceived gardens, a beautiful waterfall colored by mineral deposits, and healing mineral hot spring baths originally built for the troops of King Louis the XVI of France.

Toraille Waterfall (Optional)

Near the town of Soufriere, just a stone’s throw from the scenic main road, which passes through the community of Fond St. Jacques, a breathtaking waterfall gushes 50 feet over a cliff side and cascades into a pool at the center of a charmingly landscaped garden.

Tet Paul Nature Trail (Optional)

Winding through tropical forest in St. Lucia’s World-Heritage-listed Piton Management Area, the TetPaul Nature Trail offers some of the most spectacular views in southern St. Lucia. On a clear day, hikers can see all the way to Martinique and St. Vincent. The hike takes about 45 minutes and is rated easy to moderate.
