How do I pay for services?

After booking your reservation with any of our services, you could simply pay later (cash payment) , Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal (Requires PayPal account).

Will the tour guides be friendly and knowledgeable?

All our guides are very friendly and knowledgeable of the different venues and historical sites. You will gain a good overview of the island and how natives live,eat and socialize.

What refreshments will be available to me?

You will have a complimentary cooler with chilled water, soda  and our local  piton beer. Rum punch for big groups and wine on special occasions.

How many people will be on my tour?

We try to keep our group sizes small and private but we can definitely accomodate up to 26 persons or more 

What is the currency in my destination?

Most places accept US or EC Dollars. It is advisable to walk with extra cash as entrance fees are not included in cost. 

What should I bring?

On a more physical trip, hiking boots are definitely recommended. Sneakers/runners are also adequate. Water shoes forthe beach is a must. Camera, Bathing suit, Sunscreen, Extra cash, Towels

Where do I meet my driver if coming from cruise ship?

You will be given a time to meet your driver. Upon arrival, you will make your way towards the exit of the port terminal. A security personnel will show you the way. Your driver will be on the outside with your name on a sign.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport for arrivals?

After you have cleared the airport terminal. Head towards the security booth where you will scan your QR Code and this will alert your driver that you are ready for pick up

Do I need to be vaccinated to visit Saint Lucia?

No, you do not, but you are required to submit a negative PCR test carried out within five days of you traveling to Saint Lucia.

If you have been vaccinated, you will still be required to follow the protocols in place on the island and at your accommodation.

Is PPE required during airport transfers and in taxis?

Yes, travelers must wear a mask on the flight, in the airport in Saint Lucia and in taxis.

What sites and attractions can I visit while I am on the island?
If I am vegetarian or have a food allergy, will I be catered for?

We do take into consideration every special request for persons who have food allergies or are vegetarians. Most restaurants will offer vegetarian options, if a little limited.

What time do your tours begin?

For cruise ship passengers, our excursions depart half an hour after your ship docks with a typical start time of 8:30 am. If your ship arrives later, your tour will depart half an hour after your ship docks. 

Our Explore St.Lucia tours begin at 9:00 am and Gros Piton Hike tours start at 6:30am for the North of the island and 7:00am for the South of the island
